DRY LAKE WIND FARM, NAVAJO COUNTY, ARIZONA, 2008 -
This project consisted of the ALTA survey of 24 sections of land situated in 4 separate townships. The townships were originally surveyed between 1882 through 1884 with one township re-surveyed in 1966. The ownership varied from the Bureau of Land Management, State of Arizona and numerous private owners. We surveyed or re-established all of the sectional corners within the project and worked with the Wing Farm Developer (Iberdrola Renewable, Inc.) and the property owners to create the necessary easements for access, wind turbines and utility lines.
